Beetroot Roll Sushi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make Sushi vinegar, vinegar sugar and salt.
* Step 2
Slice beetroot very thin. I use 0.5mm thin slicer.
* Step 3
Cut flower shape and put Sushi vinegar.
* Step 4
Cut vegetables very fine. And salt a little.
* Step 5
Make Sushi rice. Mix 2 tablespoon Sushi vinegar and then cool.
* Step 6
Place the paper and wrapping film. Put sushi rice square shaped.
* Step 7
Place wrapping film and put beetroot flower on it.
* Step 9
Cover with square sushi rice and remove the wrapping film.
* Step 10
Put Nori sheet and vegetables.
* Step 12
Keep wrapping for a while then cut Sushi with cleaning knife every time.
* Step 13
Garnish with green onion.
