Fried Sardines dumplings and dumplings with soybean soup
My friend bought so much sardines at Yokohama central fish market. And she gave me much of it. My mother always made this dumplings with mortar when she bought cheap sardines. #WorldPulseDay
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Open sardines and remove bone and head with hand.
* Step 3
Mince sardines and mix ginger and starch.
* Step 5
Boil water and spoon mixed sardines in it and cook for about 5 minutes.
* Step 6
Fry dumplings: heat minced sardines in 1 cm deep oil till good color.
* Step 7
Boiled and fried dumplings
* Step 9
Cook in 300ml water with Japanese fish bouillon powder
* Step 12
Eat with sweet chill sauce, soy sauce with ginger, ketchup or mayonnaise to taste.
