flour

1 tablespoon

rice flour

1/2 teaspoon

baking powder

Cooking instructions

Mix all dry ingredients and put about 70ml cold water.

Pour Tempura mixture in beans

Fry in 1cm deep vegetable oil till the Tempura crispy

Eat with salt, soy sauce, ketchup or mayonnaise.
