Chicken Cheese Fry

This chicken fry is so easy to make. Now in my garden there’re many Shiso leaves so I put cheese, Shiso leave and green onion.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut breast chicken and open

Salt and pepper inside of chicken

Place cheese leaves and onion

Cover the other breast meat on it and press a little with hand

Flour chicken

Soak in egg and put Panko crumbles

Fry with 2 tablespoon of vegetables oil.

Fry for 3 minuets till golden brown.and fry for another 5 minuets with low heat.

* Step 9

1 boiled egg, some minced onion, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon yogurt. Make mayonnaise egg sauce.

Garnish with shredded cabbage.
