Christmas Chicken and Shrimp Dumplings
Cooking instructions
* Step 3
I use this thick Wantan skin. I bought this at Chinese food shop.
* Step 8
Fry Dumplings with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil for about 2 minutes.
* Step 9
Put water 1 cm depth when bottom of bumping is crisp
* Step 10
Cover the pan and cook for 5-8 minutes till the meat mixture is done.
* Step 11
Sprinkle 1 tablespoon sesame or vegetable oil on the Dumplings and fry for 2 minutes till the one side is brown and crispy.
* Step 13
Garnish with colorful vegetables
