Steamed Fried Wantan with Gourd Melon (Tougan)

I like fried Wantan. And steaming fried Wantan with Tougan and Wantan soup makes more delicious.

Ingredient

Food ration :

100 g

shrimp

1 teaspoon

sesame oil

1 teaspoon

soy sauce

1 teaspoon

ground ginger

350 cc

water*

1 tablespoon

soy sauce *

1 teaspoon

sesame oil*

Cooking instructions

Cut spring onion finely and mince shrimp. Cut Tougan 5 mm thin like photo.
