Steamed Fried Wantan with Gourd Melon (Tougan)
Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Cut spring onion finely and mince shrimp. Cut Tougan 5 mm thin like photo.
* Step 3
Mix seasoning with chicken, shrimp and onion.
* Step 11
Make Wantan soup in 350ml water and soy sauce and chicken powder. Make thick with starch water.
* Step 12
Place Tougan on dish and put fried Wantan on it.
