Bangladesh♡Easy Egg Bread

My Bangladesh friend Sadia showed me this bread. This is so easy to make. And the inside is soft and the out side is crispy. Tasty♡

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 bread
2 tablespoon

vegetables oil

1/4 teaspoon

salt

egg

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Combine flour, salt and oil. Mix well with hand.

Add water and knead. Make soft dough and stay 15 minutes.

Beat egg and put salt, onion, and cut green chill.

Divide dough into 4 pieces.

Make 20cm thin round. Put water on the edge of the round dough. And put egg mixture on it.

Fold dough

Fry in 1 cm deep oil till good brown.
