Creamy eggs with bacon
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Whisk eggs to fully incorporate whites
* Step 2
Melt butter in a small skillet or sauce pot over medium heat
* Step 3
When butter is melted add beaten eggs and whisk constantly until eggs are just set being carful not to cook too fast to achieve smallest curds possible
* Step 4
The bacon I prefer to cook on a sheet pan in the oven, cook to your preferred crispness
