Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat oil in a pan and roast the garam masala

* Step 2

Add in chopped onions fry for mins then add salt and ginger garlic paste

* Step 3

Let fry till the raw smell gone,add chopped tomato

* Step 4

Let cook for some times,then add all the masala,add the chopped mutton,cook for a while

* Step 5

Let little roast then add enough water,as it boils,add the washed wheat upma with salt and let cook on slow flam until done

* Step 6

After cooking done,sprinkle some fresh chopped Coriander leaves

* Step 7

And serve hot hot
