Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash n cut mangoes n remove seed.

* Step 2

Cut into medium pieces.

* Step 3

Now in large vessel take cubed mangoes.

* Step 4

Add all the spices.

* Step 5

Mix well till all spices are coated well.

* Step 6

Now in a pan heat oil till smoking point.

* Step 7

Let it cool for 5 mins.

* Step 8

Now add oil to mangoes

* Step 9

Mix n coat well n shift to a large glass jar.

* Step 10

Cover with muslin cloth keep it under sun for a week.

* Step 11

Daily keep stirring.

* Step 12

Now delicious n yummy mango pickle is ready to eat.
