Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat 1 tbsp ghee in Kadai.

Roast all the nuts edible gum individually.

* Step 4

Take out n keep aside.

* Step 5

Now heat ghee in same kadai.

* Step 6

Roast wheat flour till golden brown.

* Step 7

Take out in large vessel.

* Step 8

Now mix all the roasted nuts n gum in flour. Mix well.

* Step 9

Add cardamom n some poppy seeds. Mix well.

* Step 10

Now in same kadai melt jaggery till it becomes foamy.

* Step 11

Now pour melted jaggery in flour mixture.

* Step 12

Very carefully mix everything together.

* Step 13

When little cool take little portion n bind ladoos in lemon size balls n roll over poppy seeds.

Accordingly make n store in airtight container.

* Step 15

Use as whenever crave for sweet dish.
