Corn paneer stuffed pav

Stuffed pav is very tasty snacks can b eaten during chhoti chhoti bhukh. In this recipe many other stuffing variations can b done of ur choice.

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-4 person

Cooking time :

2hr 30 mins
1 1/2 cup

Wheat flour

1/4 tsp

haldi

1/2 cup

Maida

1 tsp

Yeast

1 tbsp

Sugar

1 tsp

Milk

1 tbsp

Butter

1 tsp

Olive oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take yeast n sugar in bowl. Add luke warm water.

* Step 2

Now sieve wheat flour, maida n salt. Now add yeast n sugar water.

Mix it and knead soft dough. Knead it for 10 mins till it gets smooth texture.

* Step 4

Cover it n keep it to ferment for 1 - 2 hrs. (depends on weather)

* Step 5

Now dough will b double the size. Grease ur hands n punch the dough.

* Step 6

Now take olive oil n crushed garlic n salt. Mix it with dough. Knead again for 5-7 mins

* Step 7

Now grease baking tin.

* Step 8

Make balls from dough n stuff corn paneer mixture n roll it.

* Step 9

Accordingly make all n arrange in baking tin.

* Step 10

Cover it with damp cloth for 10 - 15 mins for second proofing.

* Step 11

Preheat oven at 200 ° C for 10 mins.

* Step 12

Now Milk wash the stuffed balls n bake it for 35-40 mins.

* Step 13

When done take out n apply butter all over pav n cover with damp cloth for 10 - 15 mins.

Enjoy with Tomato concassse.
