Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl mix all ingredients of batter.

Make smooth batter.

Heat oil in a pan. Put rai the add ginger chill.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes.

Add salt and haldi. Mix well and cook for 2 mins.

Add coriander leaves.

* Step 7

Now let it cool for 5 mins.

* Step 8

Grease your hands and make lemon size balls.

* Step 9

Now dip and coat in besan batter and fry it in medium hot oil.

* Step 10

Fry till golden brown.

* Step 11

According fry all vadas.

Now take pav cut and put garlic chutney and vada.

* Step 13

Serve with fried green chill and chutney.
