Ingredient

1/4 cup

Besan -

1/2 cup

Ghee –

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan heat ghee.

* Step 2

Add all the ingredients expect sugar.

* Step 3

Mix well n roast till pinkish colour.

* Step 4

Take it down n let it cool properly.

* Step 5

Now add sugar n bind it tightly. Make lemon size balls.

* Step 6

Roll it with poppy seeds.

* Step 7

Store it in airtight container.
