Paneer Corn Croquettes
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take 1 tsp oil in a pan.
Put chilli garlic paste. Saute it. Put crushed corns and cooked rice, chopped onions, coriander, green chillies and cheese.
* Step 2
Add salt. Mix well. Stuffing is ready. Keep aside.
* Step 3
Now take mashed potatoes and stuff mixture and bind and make a ball.
* Step 4
Prepare all accordingly.
Fry it on medium hot oil till crispy and crunchy and golden brown.
* Step 5
Serve hot with choice of ur dips/ Sauces/ chutnies.
