Cooking instructions
* Step 1
For Dosa batter :
Mix all ingredients in a mixer grinder and make powder. In a bowl take 2 tbsp of powder and make thin batter. Keep aside.
* Step 2
For Masala :
Heat oil in a pan. Add jeera and peanuts and saute for a min.
* Step 3
Add green chilli
Add boiled potatoes and senda namak and mix well.
* Step 5
Now heat non-stick griddle and grease it. Pour batter very carefully by spreading all over. Drizzle little oil and cook till crispy and golden brown.
* Step 6
Serve hot with masala and yogurt dip.
