Betel / Paan leaf Aam Panna
This is a heat resistance summer drink made from raw or unripe mangoes, mint leaves and betel / paan leaf. This is a healthy and refreshing beverage which is consumed during summers to beat the scorching heat.
Ingredient

1 small jar

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel, wash and chop mangoes.
* Step 2
Add chopped mangoes and water in pressure cooker.
* Step 3
Close the lid of the cooker and pressure cook for 6 whistles on high flame.
* Step 4
Switch off the flame and let it cool completely.
* Step 5
When cooled open the lid.
* Step 6
Take mixer jar add mangoes with water, mint leaves, paan leaf.
* Step 7
Beat it to a smooth puree.
* Step 8
Add sugar, cumin powder and black salt.
* Step 10
Pour the prepared panna mixture in air tight jar and keep in fridge.
* Step 12
Pour 2 tbsp panna mixture in it.
* Step 13
Pour cold water and ice cubes on it.
* Step 15
Betel leaf aam panna is ready to quench your thirst.
