Churma Laddu
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
To begin the churma laddu,in large bowl combine whole wheat flour 1/2 cup melted ghee and mix well untill you get a bread crumbs texture
* Step 2
Add little milk to knead a stiff dough,use the plams mix well and make small balls as like muthiya
* Step 3
Heat ghee in kadhai to fry balls,fry balls untill they turn golden brown colour on both sides once you finished frying the balls allow them to cool.
* Step 4
Crush in food processor to form course, add nutmeg and cardamom powder and crushed almonds,mix the mixture well heat other pan to melt jaggery once melt turn off heat and pour to the churma mixture.
* Step 5
Mix well and make laddus with your palms and roll in poppy seeds to coat them evenly.
