Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Rinse the sabudana pearls till the water run clear of the starch and soak 5to6 hours
* Step 2
Now heat thick bottomed pan add soaked sago,add 1cup water bring to boil,cook and stir continue till sago turns translucent
* Step 3
Meanwhile heat milk,no need to boil,now add milk in pan stir for a while, add sugar and cardamom powder keep on stirring occasionally
* Step 4
Add almonds and cashews switch off the flame and serve hot
