Ukdiche modak (steamed)

#indiankitchen modak is a traditional Maharashtrian sweet dish ,offered to Lord Ganesha.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In pan add water,oil,1 pinch salt,let this mixture bring tp boil,add rice flour,quickly stir and mix the flour with water

Meanwhile we make stuffing in large bowl add grated coconut and jaggery mix well and cook in microwave for 10 minutes,let it cool and add cardamom and poppy seeds filling is ready

* Step 3

After cool take all the dough in plate and begin to knead it,now make small balls from the dough, roll the balls till smooth with your palms,fill the stuffing and cover edges together them

* Step 4

Now make all modak and steam in steamer pan once the modak are steamed drizzle 2 tsp ghee on modak serve hot...
