Til gur stuffed poli

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First dry roast sesame seeds until it get deep golden colour,put dry roasted sesame seeds in blender and grind into fine powder

* Step 2

Mix together sesame powder and peanut powder with grated jaggery Mix well

* Step 3

For flavouring add cardamom powder and nutmeg powder mix well until it turns out crumbly.

* Step 4

Add warm milk and knead into little bit of stiff dough

* Step 5

Now make equal size balls and take 1 ball and roll out into small puri put the stuffing in the middle of puri

* Step 6

Now bring edges together and seal nicely roll gently like paratha.

* Step 7

Roast on skillet on medium flame until both the sides of poli turns brown.

* Step 8

Apply ghee or butter and ready to serve

* Step 9

Enjoy endlessly with ghee.
