#Winter special Carrot Halwa is a healthy and delicious #Sweet Dish.

Ingredient

3 bowl

sugar

1/2 tsp

ghee

4-5 spoon

malai

1/2 Ltr

Milk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat non stick pan add ghee add grated carrot. Roast till colour changes.

* Step 2

Add milk, sugar and cook in 15 min on low flame continuously stirring and let it get dried.

* Step 3

Finally added malai and cook 10 min low flow flam now switch off the gas

* Step 4

Ready serve hot
