Chicken Pasta Salad

...came up with this idea as a healthy, quick on-the-go snack... (great cold or hot)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

grill chicken with desired seasoning to taste

* Step 2

dice chicken into bite-sized peices

* Step 3

boil pasta until tender, then rinse with cold water to keep firm

* Step 4

dice tomatoes & cucumber

* Step 5

mix all ingredients in a moderate size bowl

* Step 6

marinate with vinaigrette or dressing

* Step 7

mix sparingly and serve!! (hot or cold)
