My family absolutely loves when I make this. It's easy, healthy and delicious. Plus, there's always leftovers for the next night!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Spray a good coat of no-stick spray inside your crock pot.

* Step 2

Cook beef with seasonings until no longer pink and add to crock pot.

* Step 3

Cook sausage and add to crock pot.

* Step 4

Dice all veggies and add to crock pot.

* Step 5

Add all cans of beans, flax and water to crock pot.

* Step 6

Cook on low for 6 hours!
