Lazy Stir fry crispy lotus roots 炒蓮藕
Quick veg meal, if you have other veg like carrots and cloud ears etc can also add to the dish since I'm too lazy to prep other ingredients.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean, peel skin then cut in thin slices. Soak in Water to store it when it is time to cook.
* Step 2
Oil med high heat. Throw in those roots and stir fry for 1 min. Add in all the seasonings mix well and stir for 3 min. At the end add in spring onions and chilli oil, switch heat off and mix well.
* Step 3
First picture without chilli oil. Serve hot. Done.
