* Step 1
Boiled Pork in a pot for 4 mins, rinsed and cleaned. Throw all ingredients into Pot and add 3 to 4L of water. High Heat and keep it boiling for 1 hr. Switch to Low heat and boil for another 1.5hrs - 2hrs until pot becomes 1/2 to 3/4 pot full.
