Honey, Soy & Sesame Tuna Steaks

This dish is extremely simple and quick to make, is healthy, delicious and great for all the family to enjoy. I often cook this up for my lunch.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix together the light soy, sesame oil and chilli infused honey.

* Step 2

In a small pan, lightly toast the sesame seeds until a pale golden colour then set aside for later. Prepare your rice, and set aside - covered - to keep it warm.

* Step 3

Heat up a frying pan or skillet and add around 1 tbsp vegetable oil. Once hot, carefully place in the tuna steaks. Fry for around 2 minutes each side over a medium high heat until beautifully seared.

* Step 4

Add in a touch more oil if needed then the sliced spring onions. Fry for a few seconds until wilted.

* Step 5

Serve the tuna up over the rice then sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds - add the cooked spring onions on top. Enjoy! :)
