Thai style Stir-fried rice noodles with chicken and sausages

Broccoli stalks are perfectly edible!. I’ve peeled it, chopped into small stick pieces then cook as normal with other veggies, it tastes great!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soaked noodles in hot tap water for 5-10 minutes or until tender, flexible but not too soft, drain.

* Step 2

While soaking noodles, prepare all meat and veggies.

Heat up the wok on medium-high heat, added olive oil, place chopped bacon sauté until crispy.

* Step 4

Added chopped garlic sauté until aromas then added chopped shallots saute until soft.

* Step 5

Added chicken fried until chicken turns white on surfaces or cooked.

* Step 6

Added stalks broccoli, cabbage, fried for a minute then added the rest of chopped crown broccoli, chillies, oyster sauce, light soy sauce and sugar, stir.

* Step 7

Added noodles and broth, stir occasionally, allow the noodles to absorb all liquid and prevent sticking, this state noodles will be soft, more flexible, tender, not mushy.

Added bean sprouts, sausages, stir, mix well until bean sprouts are cooked but still crunchy, serve and enjoy!
