NO KNEAD long rustic rolls (super easy)

Found this AMAZING no knead bread recipe with overnight proofing it can be used in many ways so I'm trying out my type of bread rolls whatever i can make 😏

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1/4 tsp

active yeast

1 1/2

tsps salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Blend water yeast and salt well

Add flour mix until the dough is fully combined but starting to stick to the bowl

* Step 3

Cover and leave until morning given at least 8 hrs proofing up to 20 hrs in a cool area

* Step 4

On a floured surface roll the dough into a circle and cut into 4 pieces

* Step 5

Roll into long roll shapes and put onto a baking tray lined with baking parchment leave proof for 1-2 hrs

* Step 6

Preheat oven to 225°c for at least 30 mins then bake rolls for 20 mins until they sound hollow

* Step 7

Place on a wire tray to cool
