Country loaf (No knead)
It's an easy bread to make full of flavour great with soup or toasted with cream cheese
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Put water,salt and yeast in a large mixing bowl..mix well
* Step 2
Add flour and stir until it goes from a dry ball to sticking to the bowl using a plastic handle spoon...it mixes like a dough hook and doesn't really stick
* Step 3
Cover in cling film and leave to proof for at least 10 hours
* Step 4
Next day flour work surface put dough on surface and form into a ball
* Step 5
Heat oven to 450°f or 225°c
* Step 6
Place in a lined spring formed tin and proof for 1hr30mins
* Step 7
Cook for 30-40 mins depending on the the crust u want and enjoy
