Just something I threw together

Ingredient

Food ration :

8 servings
3 clove

garlic

to taste

salt n pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large pot put everything into it, the beef, seasoning and chopped veg cover with water and bring to a boil

* Step 2

Reduce to a simmer and cook for 2-3 hours until beef is tender, remove from pot and shred with either Ur hands or with forks

* Step 3

Serve with mashed potatoes and the veg and reduced gravy on the side
