Creamy French Onion Chicken

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut chicken in half crosswise and pound to an even thickness between plastic wrap using a meat mallet.

* Step 2

Melt butter in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, and cook 5 to 6 minutes per side or until done. Remove from skillet and keep warm.

* Step 3

Add dip and broth to skillet, cook, stirring occasionally until thickened and bubbly. Divide chicken among 6 plates. spoon sauce over chicken.
