Quick Sondesh Recipe

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the cottage cheese,sugar, cardamom powder in a bowl and mix well

* Step 2

Melt the ghee in a wok

* Step 3

Add the mixture to a wok or non stick pan

* Step 4

Keep mixing on low heat, till the mix dries up(first the mixture will become liquidy as the sugar melts,then will dry up)

* Step 5

Then add the condensed milk and mix well by stirring constantly

* Step 6

As the mixture thickens, add it to a greased plate or baking dish

* Step 7

Spread well by layering the mixture in the dish and garnish with dry fruits on top

* Step 8

Let the mixture set for 30min-1 hour

* Step 9

Post the resting time,cut into small pieces

* Step 10

Store refrigerated
