Spinach- Rice Croquet
An excellent evening snack/ a party appetiser. Made with easily available ingredients, this one is easily doable
Ingredient

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add all the ingredients except oil in a large mixing bowl(add gram flour if needed)
* Step 2
Mix well and start to bring the mixture together
* Step 3
Start to create small croquets or desired shape (Add the gram flour /corn flour if there is difficulty in binding)
* Step 5
Add the prepared croquettes in batches and deep fry until golden brown
* Step 6
Rest the fried ones on an absorbent paper for a while
* Step 7
Serve immediately with chutnies or ketchup of your choice
