Crispy Shakarpare
Use ghee and milk instead of oil and water to make the dough for crispy Shakarpare
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Add the milk in a large mixing bowl
* Step 2
Next add and dissolve the sugar completely by stirring
* Step 3
Next add ghee and mix well
* Step 4
Add flour in parts and keep folding in
* Step 5
The mixture would be very soft.so keep it covered for 2 hours to firm up
* Step 6
Post resting, knead gently for a while
* Step 7
Divide the dough into equal parts(I made 4)
* Step 9
Take one part and roll it thin
* Step 10
With the help of a knife,cut into cubes
* Step 11
Deep fry in batches on low heat till light brown
* Step 12
Rest on an absorbent paper till completely cooled
* Step 13
Store airtight and enjoy!
