Nutty Granola Bars

A sugar free, high protein snack

Ingredient

100 grams

pumpkin seeds

150 grams

salted peanuts

200 grams

rolled oats

200 grams

organic honey

2-3 tablespoon

vanilla essence

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius

* Step 2

Place all the dry ingredients in a bowl and season with salt. Mix well

* Step 3

Add the honey, oil and vanilla in another bowl and whisk well to combine

* Step 4

Add the wet ingredients to the dry and toss well

* Step 5

Line a baking paper on a square baking tin or a baking tray

* Step 6

Transfer the mix onto the tray and layer it well

Place the tray in the center of the oven and bake till you see the surface light brown

* Step 8

Take the tray off the oven and let cool for a while

* Step 9

Cut into pieces once done and store airtight

* Step 10

Best consumed within 2 months

* Step 11

Tip: the choice of nuts and seeds are completely upto to you. Honey can be replaced by agave syrup too
