Pancha Tatva Halwa (5 ingredients dessert)
This rich and reasonably easy halwa can be offered to the lord for a Puja and is a great addition to the dessert menu and healthy for kids too

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak the almonds in water for 4-6 hours
* Step 2
Peel them post soaking and blend them into a paste using the milk
* Step 3
Melt 2 tablespoon ghee in a wok
* Step 4
Add and sauté the cashews and raisins
* Step 5
Once the cashews brown and raisins puff up, take them off heat and keep aside
* Step 6
Now in the same wok, add all the flours and semolina
* Step 7
Sauté on medium heat until aromatic
* Step 8
Add the jaggery now and mix well
* Step 9
Add the almond- milk paste and mix until combined
* Step 10
Once done, the halwa should leave the sides of the wok too
* Step 11
Add 2 teaspoon ghee, fried cashews- raisins and cardamom powder
* Step 12
Mix all the ingredients well and take off heat
* Step 13
Transfer into serving bowls
* Step 14
Offer as naivedya/prasadam garnished with slivered pistachios and enjoy while the halwa is warm
