Oats-Sprouts Dry Bhel

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In anon stick pan, dry roast the oats on Low heat for 5-7 minutes/till crisp. keep aside
* Step 2
Dry roast the garlic and chana daal for 3-4 minutes till slightly brown on medium heat. keep aside with masala ingredients
* Step 3
Dry grind the ingredients listed under sukha bhel masala into fine powder without adding any water
* Step 4
In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients to make the bhel except salt and lemon juice
* Step 5
Add the sukha bhel masala, salt and lemon juice and toss the entire bhel well
* Step 6
Check the seasoning and add more salt or finely chopped chillies if needed
