Turmeric-Carom-Saffron milk

The medicinal properties of turmeric for overall health especially the healing and restoration benefits are known to all and now accepted worldwide. when combined with the goodness of saffron and if consumed regularly, boosts immunity & development of nervous system, useful for all and imperative for growing kids. Ajwain/ carom seeds prevents indigestion & constipation. This is specifically useful for people with sleeping disorders, as this warm tonic is also a sleep enhancer.

Cooking time :

7 minutes
1 glass

milk

1 tbsp

Honey

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk and keep out of heat to bring it to the desired warm temperature

* Step 2

Add 1 tbn honey and saffron and mix well

* Step 3

In a tadka pan, heat ghee for 10-15 seconds

* Step 4

Add ajwain and turmeric powders to it

* Step 5

Once it heats up enough to splutter, take off heat and add it to the milk after straining the ajwain seeds

* Step 6

Mix all the ingredients well and feed baby/kids warm.adults can have this drink while its hot
