Nolen Gurer Srikhand (Sugarfree Jaggery Srikhand)
Srikhand is everyone’s favourite and here’s yet another reason to have it to your heart’s content. Made from fresh homemade hung curd and sugarfee; makes it all the more yummy and desirable!

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Make hung curd by keeping the yogurt in muslin lined colander for an hour or two
* Step 2
Melt jaggery using water on Low heat and take off heat and let cool completely
* Step 3
Place the hung curd obtained in a bowl and add the cardamom powder and jaggery syrup to it
* Step 4
Whisk well until well combined and no lumps are visible
* Step 5
Pour the yogurt in a bowl or container where you would prefer to set it before serving
* Step 6
Garnish with sliced pistachios
* Step 7
Refrigerate for alteast 2 hours to set the shrikhand
