Mix vegetable dal is healthy , nutritious and a flavorful vegan recipe.it is served as a side dish with rice,roti.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take pressure cooker and pour dal,water (water is half inch above the dal).close the lid and cook for 3 whistles. Let it cool and remove the lid. Dal is boiled
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds and stir,than garlic, green chilli and saute until golden brown.
* Step 3
Now add ginger paste, turmeric powder, and stir for few minutes until fragrant.Add salt and mix well. Add Cooked dal and mix well.
* Step 4
Add all vegetables and saute for 2 minutes,you can add any veggies of your choice.
* Step 5
Add red chilli powder, garam masala powder,water for desired consistency, bring it to nice boil.add coriander leaves.
* Step 6
Mixed vegetable dal is ready to serve. Sprinkle chaat masala and cashew for garnishing.
