Sprouts paratha

Ingredient

Food ration :

2-3 servings

Cooking time :

30 minutes

250 gram

wheat flour

2 tbsp

refined oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take mixing bowl put wheat flour add ajwain,pinch of salt, refined oil and water make a elastic soft dough and keep aside for 10 minutes

* Step 2

Take grinder jar add sprouts,chilli,black pepper,ginger and grind it as a fine paste

* Step 3

Take pan add 1tbsp oil when is hot add cumin seeds,after crackled add sprouts paste than saute 2 minutes and add garam masala,coriander powder and salt mix well till paste is semi dry than turn off the flame,stuffing is ready

* Step 4

For paratha making- take small portion of dought roll it and put 2 tbsp stuffing seal it and roll it round shape than transfer into hot tawa or pan apply ghee turn it over apply ghee another side,and cook till paratha well cooked.

* Step 5

Serve it hot with sauce,chutney it's very healthy and nutritional breakfast.
