Egg Fried Rice

Egg Fried rice is a dish of cooked rice that has been stir-fried in a wok or a frying pan and is usually mixed with other ingredients such as eggs, vegetables, seafood, or meat. #ebook #post35 #ricecontest

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take big pan and 3 cup water,when is boil add washed and soaked rice,boil till cooked,and strain,keep a side,

* Step 2

Take pan add butter or ghee,add cumin seeds,onion and chilli,saute 2 minutes than add tomatoes, saute till tomatoes is soft,than add all masala,mix well for 2 minutes on medium flame

* Step 3

Now add 6 whishk eggs,make like anda burji,mix well saute till cooked,when eggs is proper cooked in the last add boiled rice mix well on high flame,for 3 minutes,

* Step 4

Make 2 half fry for garnish(optional)garnish with fresh coriander leaves

* Step 5

Egg fried rice is ready to serve,Serve hot Enjoy❣️🌿🍳🙏
