Khatti meethi Aam aloo ki sabji

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil into the pan add boiled chopped potatoes fry for 2-3 min. Till it's golden colour. Than take it out from the pan.
* Step 2
Make ripe mango puree into the grinder,keep aside it. Now Heat 1 tbsp of oil add bay leaf, dry red chilli, cumin seeds, mustard seeds let's pop up.
* Step 3
Now add chopped raw mango into the pan fry on medium flame with lid till it's soften than add curry leaves into it and sugar. Mix well.
* Step 4
Now add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and fry for few seconds. Than add funnel powder,mix well. Now add fried potatoes and mix well.
* Step 5
Now add garam masala and salt mix well cook fora min. Than add kasuri methi mix well. Than add ripe mango puree.
* Step 6
Mix well and cook for another 2-3 min. Than add coriander leaves. Mix well, switch off the flame. Transfer it into serving plate.
* Step 7
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves and Serve with parathas..it's yummy.
