Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel all the raw mangoes with the help of a peeler.
* Step 2
Now grate it. And transfer it into big aluminum or steel container.
* Step 3
Add soaked black gram, then add turmeric powder and salt, mix it well and keep this on sunlight for a day or till it's dry.
* Step 4
Now add cumin powder, coriander powder, black cumin seeds, carrom seeds mix well.
* Step 5
Add red chill powder and mustard oil mix well.
* Step 6
Transfer it into a glass jar and keep it on sunlight for 2-3 days. Now it's done. Ready to eat.
