Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Saute cottage cheese and capsicum on medium flame into pan with adding 1 tsp vegetable oil, salt and black pepper. Boil the noodles. Strain it from the water and wash with normal water keep aside.
* Step 2
Now take a big mixing bowl add all the ingredients. Toss it.
* Step 3
Now add soy sauce. Mix it gently. Now Healthy noodles salad is ready to eat.
