Wheat flour

1/2 bowl

Bengal Gram

1/2 inch

2-3 tbsp

Refined oil

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soaked bengal gram for 3-4hour than drain it.

* Step 2

Now take a mixer jar add salt redchili,curry leaves,garlic,ginger and make a Coursly paste of it.

* Step 3

Now heat water do little warm and make a soft dough of rice flour,wheat flour,1/2 tsp of salt and 1 tbsp of refined oil.

Now keep the dough rest for 2-3 min.now cut the small pieces of dough.take a piece of dough spread it and make a puri like structure of it.it should be thick.

Than fill it with Bengal gram mixture.and close it in the shape of half circle or gujiya.boil water into idli stand.

Now Grease the stand with a drop of refined oil than keep fare on it and steam it on medium flame for 10-12 min.

Check it with the help of knife.now off the gas take ot out from stand.cut it into two pieces.

Now heat oil into pan add mustard seeds when it pop up add curry leaves,green chilli than add steamed fare fry it to both side till it's colour is golden brown.

Now keep it into serving plate and sprinkle it with chat masala powder and ketchup.it's done.ready to eat.Serve it hot.
