Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Clean urad daal and wash it.Soak urad daal 5-6 hour.make a paste of it.grind it parshely.

* Step 2

Add baking soda and salt mix it and keep it to rest for 15-20min.heat refined oil and make a bada like structure and deep fry it in medium flame.

* Step 3

Take it out from oil.and keep it into water for 5-10min.

* Step 4

Now take it out from water.keep it on plate and cut it from middle.add beated curd than sprinkle it with 1/2tsp of cumin powder,1/2tsp of red chilli powder,1 pinch of black pepper powder,1-2pinch of chat masala powder,1/4 tsp of rock salt and chopped coriander leaves.

* Step 5

Add sev or mixture on dahi vadas.it's done and serve it.
