Sprouts cheela
As you all know sprouts are one of the healthy option for our children’s so I make this chillah for my daughter this is the way to gave them proteins
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a blender add ginger, sprout, salt and chilli
* Step 2
Than add little water at one time and blend it till you get proper consistency
* Step 3
This is how batter look like
* Step 4
Than pour it into a nonstick pan or skillet
* Step 5
Than cook it on medium to high flame for 8-10 min and flip on other side till it cook properly
* Step 6
