Preheat the Gas Oven Tandoor: - Place the base tray on a small-sized burner, which allows for safe cooking on high flame. - Pour 300 ml of water inside the base tray. - Grease the baking tray with butter or oil. - Fit the baking tray over the base tray. - Place the heat reflector and cover it with the lid. - Preheat the oven on high flame for 3 minutes.
